Yes ice water is terrible that’s why Chinese ppl don’t drink that Chinese ppl is smart we know that so of course we make better decisions n ice water is terrible for your body . Especially women. We want to keep it warm so circulation is well body imagine you constantly icing your body with ice or cold AC your metabolism is slowing down. Your digestion is slowing down everything slowing down because it’s trying to preserve heat to function correctly, especially for female body. We want to keep our whole body system work properly because we have fertility situation we have periods and all of this require warm elation in the body and ice water freezing cold AC it’s terrible for women that is also why a lot of women starting to gain weight more and more not that because they’re getting older sure getting older metabolism slowing down a little bit, but if you put your body cost me under AC your digestion system is gone down as well

What she says is absolutely right because I have three beautiful Lavender plants, and they really grow so well and I don't really give them much attention, They grow in a spot that has plenty of sun and the soil is kind of sandy.. I don't use any kind of pesticide or anything chemical on my plants, I just have it in a place that gets plenty of sun ..every year I get more and more flowers and more flowers . I don't have to do a lot of work.. they are very easy to maintain,I love that. I am a soap maker and I use my own lavender plant to make my Lavender soaps .

My patriotic decor goes up in May and comes down after Labor Day…fly our flag year round though. I like the greens mixed with the Queen Anne’s Lace a lot! The wreath on the door and everything else looks wonderful! ❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸
